My name is Joseph Nash, a native of Bradford, Pennsylvania. I obtained my law degree from Penn State University, The Dickinson School of Law. My legal background is strong in both criminal and civil matters. I worked as the assistant district attorney in Brownsville, Texas, where I was in charge of the county's juvenile prosecutions and successfully prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanors and felonies. Subsequently, I was a first-chair trial prosecutor where I handled complex criminal matters.
After returning to Pennsylvania, I accepted a position as an associate at in a local law firm in Slippery Rock, where I handled criminal matters and bankruptcy. Armed with a strong legal background in civil and criminal matters, I decided to become a solo practitioner in 2008. In addition to my law practice, I belong to the Texas Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Butler County Bar Association and the Christian Legal Society.
Attorney Joseph Nash lives in northern Butler County with wife Megan, sons Luke, Graham, and Eli, daughter Madison, dogs Peanut and Shadow, and various fish.
